Terms of use

The service

Daftar.pro helps a shop keep its stock, sales, customer debts, wages and expenses, and shows reports from them. It is a record-keeping tool: it is not an accountant, and its reports and chart of accounts are a guide, not a full set of accounting books or tax advice.

The shop's responsibilities

• Keeping what it records accurate, including prices, exchange rates and tax rates, and having permission from customers and employees where the law requires it.
• Keeping the password and the recovery codes private. Everything done from the account counts as done by the shop, and one login is shared by everyone who knows it.
• Saving the recovery codes. Without a code, a forgotten password cannot be reset.
• Downloading a backup regularly (at least weekly) and keeping it safe.
• What it sends to its customers. The WhatsApp buttons only prepare a message; the shop decides whether to send it and is responsible for it.
• Following the tax, trade and privacy rules that apply to it.

Fair use

• Use Daftar.pro only to run your own business.
• Don't try to reach another shop's information, get around the access rules, or overload the service.
• Don't store anything unlawful or that you don't have the right to store.

The shop's data

The shop's records belong to the shop. We handle them as described on the Privacy page, and the shop can download all of them at any time.

Availability

We work to keep Daftar.pro running and its data safe, but we can't promise it will never be unavailable or never have a fault, especially while it is still new. Keep regular backups, and keep a paper fallback for days when the internet is down.

Fees

Any fees will be agreed in writing with the shop before they are charged.

Limits of responsibility

Daftar.pro is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for business decisions made from its reports, for losses caused by information entered incorrectly, or for indirect losses. Nothing here limits responsibility that the law doesn't allow to be limited.

Ending and changes

A shop can stop using Daftar.pro at any time and take its backup with it. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, after warning the shop where possible.

If these terms change, we'll update this page and tell account holders before important changes take effect.
